You should provide parking for the cleaning team and if it is paid the amount will be added in the total amount of the invoice.

How to make a payment for the cleaning service?

After every cleaning service, we issue an invoice in which you can see our bank details to which you should transfer the whole amount of the service.

Do I receive a discount if I book more than one service?

Yes, if you book a cleaning service with more than one service you will receive reduced prices. For example –Deep cleaning + oven or oven + carpet cleaning and many others.

If I have to cancel the cleaning service what are the penalties?

If you need to cancel a cleaning appointment, you should inform us no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date and hour. Any cancellation after this time will result in our charges being invoiced in full.
